    2017 Annual Conference

    “INVESTING IN SUSTAINABLE PARTNERSHIPS”

     

    You are cordially invited to attend the 2017 Advancing Minorities’ Interest in Engineering (AMIE) Conference to help businesses in their efforts to diversify America’s work force in preparation for the challenges of the 21st Century and beyond.

    The conference will feature prominent speakers and inspiring roundtable discussions and will be held on Wednesday, and Thursday, September 6, and 7 at the University of the District of Columbia (UDC), Washington, DC.

    Please join us as we bring together the Council of Engineering Deans of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities, engineering professionals, and leaders from the top corporations in the United States to develop strategies to promote the engineering profession among minority students and to foster an increase in the number of minority graduates in the field.  Be a part of this exciting initiative by America’s corporate leadership, respected engineering professionals, and outstanding engineering academicians.  You can make a difference.  Register at the bottom of this page or print and fax the registration form to 443-885-8218. When registering early by fax, your payment must be received prior to September 5, 2017.

    Register by August 4* to receive the following discounted rates:

    • $425 per person
    • $400 per person when registering two or more people from the same company
    • $375 per person for AMIE member companies/universities
    • $125 per person for Spouse/Guest

     

    * The cost for all registrations received (by fax, mail, or online) after August 4 is $475 per person.
