AMIE assures that the STEM talent pipeline has diverse and exceptional talent for industrial and governmental businesses who seek diverse perspectives in their workforce. AMIE provides a coalition with direct access to almost a third of graduating minority engineers annually. Unlike working individually with each partner in three areas (university, industry and government), AMIE's coalition provides a holistic opportunity to influence and access talent, educators and businesses in promoting minority student pursuit of engineering and achieving greater diversity in the engineering workforce.
