Leslie C. Bradley is Chief of Staff and Senior Manager, Global Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for The Boeing Company. In this role, Leslie is a key leader of the team with responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic diversity and inclusion plans and objectives in partnership with the vice president of Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and the Executive Diversity Council.
Leslie also oversees the development and leads the execution of the HBCU strategy, diversity pipeline programs and D&I strategic partnerships, including leveraging multicultural leaders as a think tank responsible for championing change in mindsets, behaviors and systems impacting our progress in the acceleration of diversity within the enterprise. In addition to her primary role, she supports, collaborates and develops partnerships with Boeing’s extensive External Technical Affiliations portfolio which help accomplish the company’s technical, business, and talent objectives as well facilitate connections to the marketplace.
Leslie has more than 15 years of leadership experience with companies that include The Department of Defense, American Chemical Society and the U.S. Senate.
Leslie is a graduate of University of Maryland with degrees in Political Science, Business Development and holds a Masters of Public Administration (MPA).
